      通过调整轮廓参数、带束层结构和胎面花纹条刚性分布的方法进行12R22.5耐偏磨全钢载重子午线轮胎设计。通过采用中心弧+切线冠弧形式,4层带束层结构,适当增大肩部花纹条刚性等,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均满足国家标准要求,轮胎装车路试未出现偏磨现象,耐磨性能优异。
英文摘要:
      12R22.5 uneven wear resistant truck and bus radial tire was designed by adjusting the profile parameters,belt structure and rigidity distribution of tread pattern rib.By adopting the form of central arc +tangent crown arc,4-layer belt structure,and appropriately increasing the rigidity of shoulder pattern ribs,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance and durability of the finished tire met the requirements of the national standard.No uneven wear occurred in the tire road test,the tire had excellent wear resistance.
