      以轿车子午线轮胎为研究对象,对轮胎侧向松弛长度的测试及表征进行研究。结果表明:轮胎侧偏角阶跃测试方法属于一阶线性非时变系统,仿照一阶RC电路的阶跃响应,设定不同的时间常数数据检查点,可以提高数据拟合优度;提出一种基于先加载后转角的转动角阶跃测试方法,可以此进行测试数据的时间修正;当试验台对侧偏角的输入与反馈调校后并一次性按测试序列完成所有测试时,测试系统的时间延迟误差基本稳定,考虑时间延迟与未考虑时间延迟计算得到的轮胎侧向松弛长度差异随轮胎速度的增大呈正比放大趋势;在高负荷工况下,轮胎侧向松弛长度在小侧偏角区间发生交叠。研究结果可提高用于评估或验证单胎侧向动力学瞬态特性的数据分析效率和准确度。
英文摘要:
      The measurement and characterization of the lateral relaxation length of passenger car radial tire were studied.The results showed that the step test method of tire sideslip angle belonged to a first-order linear and non time varying system.The goodness of fit of data could be improved by setting different time constant data checkpoints following the step response of first-order RC circuit.A step test method of rotation angle based on loading first and then turning angle was proposed,which could be used for time correction of test data.After the input and feedback of the test bench to the sideslip angle were adjusted and when all tests were completed according to the test sequence at one time,the time delay error of the test system was basically stable,and the difference between the lateral relaxation length of tire calculated with and without considering the time delay was directly proportional to the increase of tire speed.Under the high load condition,the lateral relaxation length of tire overlapped at the small sideslip angle.The research results could improve the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis used to evaluate or verify the lateral dynamic transient characteristics of a single tire.
