      利用有限元分析方法研究带束层设计参数对轿车子午线轮胎滚动阻力的影响。结果表明:轮胎滚动阻力与带束层角度和带束层膨胀率负相关;随着带束层模量的增大,轮胎滚动阻力先快速增大后逐渐减小;带束层角度是轮胎滚动阻力的最大影响因子;所建立近似模型拟合优度为0.995 1,可信度较高,为低滚动阻力轮胎的优化设计提供了一种高效可行的方法。
英文摘要:
      The effect of belt design parameters on the rolling resistance of passenger car radial tire was studied by using the finite element analysis method.The results showed that the tire rolling resistance was negatively related to the belt angle and belt expansion rate.With the increase of belt modulus,the rolling resistance of tire increased rapidly at first and then decreased gradually.The belt angle was the most important factor affecting the rolling resistance of tire.The goodness of fit of the approximate model established was 0.995 1,which had high reliability.It provided an efficient and feasible method for the optimization design of low rolling resistance tire.
