中文摘要:
      对比研究差减法、比值法、疏水程度(DOH)和储能模量(G′)变化程度4种胶料中白炭黑硅烷化反应程度的表征方法。结果表明:差减法和比值法的计算简单便捷,适用于分析不同用量硅烷偶联剂和不同牌号白炭黑对胶料中白炭黑分散性的影响;DOH法和G′变化程度法的计算相对繁琐,应用难度高,适用于分析相同配方和密炼工艺、不同排胶时间对胶料中白炭黑分散性的影响。
英文摘要:
      The characterization methods of silica silanization reation degree in compound include subtraction method,ratio method,hydrophobicity degree(DOH) and change degree of storage modulus(G′) were comparative studied.The results showed that the subtraction method and ratio method was simple and convenient,which was suitable for analyzing the influence of different amounts of silane coupling agent and different brands of silica on the dispersion of silica in compound.The DOH method and change degree of G′ method was relatively complicated and difficult to apply,which was suitable for analyzing the influence of the same formula and internal mixing process,and different discharge time on the dispersion of silica in compound.
