      基于半钢轮胎硫化过程中不必要的等待时间和动作浪费,对硫化周期进行分解并进行设备工艺优化。通过优化步序转换的跳转程序和采取“降等待”、“趋重叠”及“减行程”等措施实现对合模硫化时间和开合模节拍时间的优化,缩短生产等待时间,提高硫化生产效率。
英文摘要:
      Based on the unnecessary waiting time and action waste in the curing process of steel-belted tire,the curing cycle was decomposed and the equipment and process were optimized.By optimizing the jump program of step sequence conversion and taking measures such as “reducing waiting time”,“tending to overlap” and “reducing stroke”,the mold closing vulcanization time and mold opening and closing beat time were optimized,production waiting time was shorten and curing production efficiency was improved.
