中文摘要:
      研究低锌金属有机框架材料(MOF材料)作为活性剂在全季轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:以MOF材料等量替代氧化锌,胶料的加工性能略差,物理性能相当;白炭黑在胶料中的分散性提高,胶料的生热降低;成品轮胎的滚动阻力明显下降。
英文摘要:
      The application of metal organic framework material with low-zinc content(MOF material) as active agents in tread compound of all-season tire was studied.The results showed that using MOF material to replace zinc oxide by equal weight,the processing property of the compound was slightly worse,the physical properties were comparable,the dispersibility of silica in the compound was improved,the heat build-up of the compound was reduced,and the rolling resistance of the finished tire was significantly reduced.
