      介绍59/80R63巨型全钢工程机械子午线轮胎钢丝圈组件的研发。针对钢丝圈组件下三角胶与成型鼓上半部件贴合不实,贴合界面存在空气或打压后界面剥离问题,将下三角胶由传统的直角三角形改为圆弧形,相应将原有贴合盘的水平面底部改造成弧形曲面,并将弧形下三角胶分两部分贴合,有效提高了成型半成品的质量稳定性,解决了轮胎因胎圈部位鼓包脱空或热剥离而早期报废问题。
英文摘要:
      The development of bead ring assembly for 59/80R63 giant all-steel off-the-road radial tire was introduced.Aiming at the problem that the lower apex of the bead ring assembly could not fit well with the semi product on the building drum,and there was air or peeling of the interface after pressing,the lower apex was changed from traditional right triangle to arc shape,the bottom horizontal plane of the original fitting plate was transformed into the corresponding arc curved surface,and the arc lower apex was fit in two parts,which effectively improved the quality stability of the building semi-product,and solved the problem that the tire was scrapped in the early stage due to the bulge,void or thermal peeling of the bead.
