| 选取不同施工方案试制的ST235/80R16 10PR拖车轮胎，分别研究带束层胶片贴合方式、胎体帘布压延厚度、胎体帘线型号、胎体成型方式、三角胶高度及硫化条件等因素对其耐久性能的影响。结果表明：在硫化体系相同的前提下，低温硫化对轮胎耐久性能提升效果最为明显；在此硫化条件基础上，通过增大胎体强度，减少轮胎应力集中和降低生热，也可提升轮胎的耐久性能。 |

| ST235/80R16 10PR trailer tires trial-produced with different construction schemes，the effects of various factors on the durability of the belt film，such as the bonding method of the belt film，the calendering thickness of the carcass cord，the type of carcass cord,，the molding method of the carcass，the height of the triangular bead and the vulcanization conditions were studied.The results showed that under the premise of the same curing system，low-temperature vulcanization had the most obvious effect on improving tire durability.On the basis of this curing condition，the durability of the tire can also be improved by increasing the carcass strength，reducing tire stress concentration and reducing heat generation. |
