      分析半钢子午线轮胎胎圈气泡产生的原因并提出相应的解决措施。结果表明:优化钢丝圈排列方式,严控胎圈部位胎体穿刺透光率,保证模具胎圈部位排气通畅;严控胎圈胶回掺比例,保证各胶料硫化速率匹配;调整胎圈部位材料的压缩率,并进行各部件端点位置设计优化,可以有效解决胎圈气泡问题。
英文摘要:
      The causes of bead bubbles in steel-belted radial tire were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were proposed.The results showed that optimizing the arrangement manner of the steel ring,strictly controlling the penetration transmittance of the bead and ensuring the smooth exhaust of the mold bead,strictly controlling the blending ratio of bead compound to ensure the matching of vulcanization rates of various compounds,adjusting the compressibility of the materials at the bead and optimizing the design of the end points of each component,the bead bubbles could be effectively solved.
