      从混炼胶质量、挤出供料方式、预口型、口型、操作方法和工艺参数等方面分析半钢子午线轮胎胎面导电胶在四复合胎面挤出过程中易中断的原因。通过严格控制混炼胶质量、改进挤出供料方式和操作方法、优化预口型和口型设计、合理匹配挤出螺杆转速及安装胎面挤出在线电阻率测量装置,有效解决了导电胶挤出易中断问题,提高了胎面生产效率和挤出质量。
英文摘要:
      The reasons why the conductive compound of steel-belted radial tire tread was easy to be interrupted in four coextrusion process of tread were analyzed from the aspects of mixing compound quality,extrusion feeding mode,pre-die,die,operation method and process parameters.By strictly controlling the quality of the mix compound,improving the extrusion feeding mode and operation method,optimizing the pre-die and die design,reasonably matching the rotational speed of the extrusion screws and installing on-line electric resistivity measuring device in tread extrusion,the easy interruption problem in the conductive compound extrusion was effectively solved,and the tread production efficiency and extrusion quality were improved.
