      研究轮胎接地印痕与设计因素的相关性。试验研究发现,随着钢丝带束层角度的减小,1#带束层宽度、锦纶冠带层层数和线密度的增大,轮胎接地印痕矩形率减小,接地印痕由矩形趋向圆形。基于Abaqus仿真分析结果,利用Isight软件进行统计分析,得到单因素变量对轮胎接地印痕的影响与试验结果一致;影响接地印痕矩形率的参数权重依次为钢丝带束层角度、锦纶冠带层层数、胎体模量、钢丝带束层模量、三角胶模量和三角胶高度,影响胎冠中心与胎肩压力差的参数权重依次为钢丝带束层角度、三角胶高度、锦纶冠带层层数、胎体模量、钢丝带束层模量和三角胶模量。
英文摘要:
      The relationship between tire footprint and design factors were studied.The experimental study found that with the decrease of the steel belt angle,the increase of the width of the 1# belt,the number of nylon crown ply layers and the linear density of the nylon crown ply,the rectangular ratio of the footprint decreased,and the tire footprint tended from rectangular to round.Based on the Abaqus simulation analysis results,statistical analysis was carried out by Isight software,and the influence of single factor variables on tire footprints was consistent with the test results.The parameter weights that affecting the rectangular ratio of the footprint were steel belt angle,number of nylon crown ply layers,carcass modulus,steel belt modulus,apex modulus and apex height in turn.The parameter weights that affecting the pressure difference between the crown center and the shoulder were steel belt angle,apex height,number of nylon crown ply layers,carcass modulus,steel belt modulus and apex modulus in turn.
