      基于Abaqus软件模拟井下矿用12.00R24全钢工程机械轮胎使用工况下的胎肩部位受力情况,分析轮胎肩空脱层的原因,并对轮胎设计方案进行优化。结果表明:轮胎肩空脱层的原因为3#带束层端点应力集中;采用优化方案(4层带束层+0°带束层结构、适当调整带束层角度、合理优化带束层宽度)可以有效改善轮胎胎肩部位应力分布,将胎肩部位的应力集中点分散;优化方案轮胎的TKPH值比原始方案轮胎提高了93%。
英文摘要:
      Based on Abaqus software, the shoulder stress of 12.00R24 all-steel off-the-road tire for underground mining under service conditions was simulated,the causes of tire shoulder space delamination were analyzed,and the tire design scheme was optimized.The results showed that the reason for the shoulder space delamination of tire was the stress concentration at the end of 3# belt.Adopting the optimization scheme(4 layers belt+0 ° belt structure,appropriately adjusting the belt angle and reasonably optimizing the belt width) could effectively improve the stress distribution of the tire shoulder and disperse the stress concentration points of the shoulder.The TKPH value of the optimized tires was 93% higher than that of the original tires.
