      介绍公交车专用275/70R22.5 AU609高性能子午线轮胎的研发。产品特点为:带束层采用3+8×0.33ST超高强度钢丝帘线;胎体采用无焊点钢丝帘线;增加胎圈锦纶包布;加强胎侧结构和胎侧磨耗标识;新增防刮擦设计;胎面采用3条主花纹沟设计、曲折花纹沟底和全新的3D互锁钢片技术;优化设计胶料配方。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的耐久性能良好,滚动阻力系数为6.4 N·kN-1,压穿强度和耐磨性能大幅提高,路试轮胎耐久性能和可翻新性好,产品得到客户认可。
英文摘要:
      The development of 275/70R22.5 AU609 high performance radial tire for bus were introduced.The product features were as follows:the belt adopted 3+8×0.33ST super high tenacity steel cord,the carcass adopted steel cord without solder joint,added nylon wrap for bead,strengthened the sidewall structure and sidewall wear identification,used new scratch resistant design,the tread adopted three main grooves design,zigzag groove bottom and new 3D interlocking steel sheet technology,and optimized design the compound formula.The results of the finished product performance test showed that the durability of the tire was good,the rolling resistance coefficient was 6.4 N·kN-1,the puncture strength and wear resistance were greatly improved,and the durability and retreading performance of actual road tire was good.The products had been recognized by customers.
