中文摘要:
      采用数值分析方法,建立轮胎与凹坑路面的有限元模型,研究轮胎在冲击负荷作用下胎圈受力分布及裂口发生机理。结果表明,轮胎在受到冲击负荷下,轮辋对胎圈产生的过大压强是导致胎圈破坏的主要原因,增大胎圈胶模量和胎圈胶厚度可以有效提升轮胎抗冲击性能。
英文摘要:
      Numerical analysis method was used to establish a finite element model of the tire and the dimpled road surface to study the force distribution and cracking mechanism of the tire bead under the impact load.The results showed that as tire under the impact load,the excessive pressure generated by the rim on the bead was the main reason for the bead damage.Increasing the modulus and thickness of the bead compound could effectively improve the impact resistance of the tire.
