| 介绍360/70R28 R-1W农业子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 235 mm，断面宽 358 mm，行驶面宽度 330 mm，行驶面弧度高 15 mm，胎圈着合直径 712 mm，胎圈着合宽度 310 mm，断面水平轴位置（ H/1/H/2） 0.749，采用人字形有向花纹，花纹深度 42 mm，花纹饱和度 23%，花纹周节数 20。施工设计：采用缠绕胎面，胎体采用2层1670dtex/2聚酯浸胶帘布，带束层采用4层1400dtex/3锦纶66浸胶帘布，采用二次法成型方式、双模硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、物理性能和耐久性能达到国家标准和欧盟标准要求。 |

| The design on 360/70R28 R-1W agricultural radial tire was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 235 mm，cross-sectional width?358 mm，width of running surface 330 mm，arc height of running surface 15 mm，bead diameter at rim seat?712 mm，bead width at rim seat?310 mm，maximum width position of cross–section（ H/1/H/2）?0.749，using chevron directional tread pattern，pattern depth?42 mm，block/total ratio?23%，and number of pattern pitches?20.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：using winding tread，2 layers of 1670dtex/2 polyester dipped cord for carcass，4 layers of 1400dtex/3 nylon 66 dipped cord for belts，using two-stage building method，double mold vulcanizing press to cure tire.The test results of finished tire showed that，the inflated peripheral dimention，physical properties and the durability met the requirements of national standards and EU standard. |
