      对锦纶66帘布捻线、织造和浸胶过程中影响帘线强力的因素进行分析。结果表明:帘线强力损失主要产生于捻线工序;原丝强力、线密度、捻度和加捻速度对帘线强力影响显著,而加捻机型和外纱张力的影响相对较小;在产品需求捻度范围内尽量减小捻度、针对不同机型选择合适的加捻工艺、在产能允许的条件下降低加捻速度以及选择合适的外纱张力有利于降低帘线强力损失。
英文摘要:
      The factors affecting the cord strength of nylon 66 cord fabric in the process of twisting,weaving and dipping were analyzed.The results showed that the strength loss of the cord was mainly caused by twisting process.The precursor strength,linear density,twist and twisting speed had significant effects on the strength of the cord,while the twisting machine type and external yarn tension had relatively little effect.Reducing the twist within the required twist range of the product,selecting the appropriate twisting process for different models,reducing the twisting speed when the production capacity allowed,and selecting the appropriate outer yarn tension were conducive to reducing the strength loss of the cord.
