      介绍锦纶胎圈包布增强结构13R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。经有限元仿真分析,确定结构设计参数如下:外直径 1 132 mm,断面宽 314 mm,行驶面宽度 242 mm,行驶面弧度高 6.2 mm,胎圈着合直径 571 mm,胎圈着合宽度 260.4 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.000,采用横沟块状花纹设计,花纹深度 19 mm,花纹饱和度 67%,花纹周节数 50。施工设计:胎面采用三复合结构,胎体采用3+9+15×0.225HT钢丝帘线,1#和2#带束层采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线,0°冠带层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线;采用锦纶胎圈包布增强结构;采用三鼓一次法成型机成型轮胎,液压式胶囊硫化机氮气硫化。成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度和耐久性能均达到国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 13R22.5 truck and bus radial tire with nylon chafer reinforcement structure were introduced.Through finite element simulation analysis,the structural design parameters were determined as follows:overall diameter 1 132 mm,cross-section width 314 mm,width of running surface 242 mm,arc height of running surface 6.2 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 571 mm,bead width at rim seat 260.4 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1.000,adopting horizontal groove block pattern design,pattern depth 19 mm,block/total ratio 67%,and number of pattern pitches 50.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:three-composite structure for tread,3+9+15×0.225HT steel cord for carcass,3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,5×0.35HI steel cord for 3# belt,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° cap layer,adopting nylon chafer reinforcement structure,using three-drum single-stage building machine to build tire and hydraulic bladder curing press to cure tire with nitrogen.The inflated peripheral dimension,strength and endurance of finished tire met the requirements of national standards.
