研究0.16+5×0.205+9×0.215CCST新型钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明:以0.16+5×0.205+9×0.235CCST钢丝帘线替代0.17+5×0.215+10×0.235CCST钢丝帘线用于12R22.5 18PR全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体,钢丝帘线的渗胶性能提高,刚度有所下降;成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、高速性能及耐久性能均满足企业标准要求,同时可减小钢丝帘布厚度和质量,降低轮胎的生产成本。 |

The applicaiton of 0.16+5×0.205+9×0.215CCST new type steel cord in truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that using 0.16+5×0.205+9×0.235CCST steel cord to replace 0.17+5×0.215+10×0.235CCST steel cord in the carcass of 12R22.5 18PR truck and bus radial tire,the compound permeability of the steel cord was improved,and the stiffness was decreased.The peripheral dimension,strength,high-speed performance and endurance of the finished tire met the requirement of enterprise standards,and the thick and weight of the fabric was decreased,the production cost of the tire was reduced. |
