      提出一种0°带束层结构全钢子午线轮胎模态分析方法。针对0°度带束层使用Marlow模型建模,得到与实际充气状态更加吻合的轮胎模型,通过Abaqus中的Lanczos模态计算方法得到全钢子午线轮胎的振动固有频率及振型,计算结果与测试结果有良好的一致性,验证了该模态分析方法的有效性。
英文摘要:
      A modal analysis method of 0° belt structure all-steel radial tire was proposed.For the 0° belt,the Marlow model was used to obtain the tire model which was more consistent with the actual inflation state.The vibration mode and vibration nautral frequency of all-steel radial tire were obtained by the Lanczos modal calculation method in Abaqus.The calculated results were in good agreement with the experimental results,which verified the effectiveness of the modal analysis method.
