      研究成型胎面组合件传递环瓦块宽度对全钢子午线轮胎动平衡性能的影响。结果表明,将成型机传递环瓦块宽度由100 mm调整为50 mm,瓦块宽度与胎面尺寸不匹配导致的胎面组合件在传递过程中的滑动现象可以避免,轮胎动平衡检测单边不平衡量减小约30%,且稳定性均有所提高,侧向和径向跳动量均减小5%左右。
英文摘要:
      The effect of the transfer ring pad width of the building tread assembly on the dynamic balance performance of all-steel radial tire was studied.The results showed that when the transfer ring pad width of the building machine was adjusted from 100 mm to 50 mm,the sliding phenomenon of the tread assembly during the transfer process could be avoided due to the mismatch between the pad width and the tread size.The unilateral unevenness in dynamic balance detection of tire was decreased by about 30%,and the stability was improved,the lateral and radial runout both decreased by about 5%.
