      研究半钢子午线轮胎生产过程中半成品部件尺寸对称性、成型贴合时各部件相对中心位置的偏移量和硫化工序胎坯与模具和硫化胶囊中心位置的相对偏移量对轮胎锥度效应的影响。结果表明:胎面、带束层和组件贴偏,硫化模具中心与胎坯中心偏离对锥度效应影响较大,胎面肩部宽度差不对称和硫化胶囊与胎坯中心贴偏对锥度效应影响较小。
英文摘要:
      The effect of the dimensional symmetry of semi-finished parts in the production process of steel-belted radial tire,the offset of each part relative to the central position during building and fitting and the offset of the tire relative to the center position of the mold and the curing bladder during the curing process on the conicity effect of tire were studied. The results showed that the deviation of tread,belt and components,the offset between the center of vulcanization mold and the center of tire had a great influence on conicity effect of tire,and the asymmetry of tread shoulder width difference and the deviation between vulcanization capsule and the center of tire had a small influence on conicity effect of tire.
