      试验研究在半钢子午线轮胎胎侧胶生产配方中以新型改性微晶蜡HG75等量替代传统微晶蜡H7075对胎侧臭氧老化的防护效果。结果表明:微晶蜡HG75的正构烷烃相对分子质量和异构烷烃相对分子质量均高于微晶蜡H7075,有利于降低胶料喷霜几率;在半钢子午线轮胎胎侧胶配方中以1.5份微晶蜡HG75等量替代微晶蜡H7075,胶料的硫化特性和物理性能在同一水平,微晶蜡HG75和H7075对胶料臭氧老化的防护效果相当;采用微晶HG75的胶料的蜡膜厚度更小,均匀性更好,可以确保轮胎的外观质量。
英文摘要:
      The protective effect of replacing the traditional microcrystalline wax H7075 with a new modified microcrystalline wax HG75 in the production formula of sidewall compound of steel-belted radial tire on sidewall ozone aging was experimentally studied.The results showed that the relative molecular weight of n-alkanes and isoalkanes of microcrystalline wax HG75 were higher than that of microcrystalline wax H7075,which was helpful to reduce the probability of compound frosting.The microcrystalline wax H7075 was replaced by 1.5 phr microcrystalline wax HG75 in the sidewall compound formulation of steel-belted radial tire,the vulcanization characteristics and physical properties of the compound were at the same level,the protective effects of microcrystalline wax HG75 and H7075 on ozone aging of the compound were the same,the wax film thickness of the compound with microcrystalline HG75 was smaller and the uniformity was better,which could ensure the appearance quality of the tire.
