      针对轮胎硫化脱模时存在的轮胎粘上模造成的肩部薄胶边、钢丝圈弯曲等问题,研究不同脱模剂在轮胎生产中的应用效果。结果表明:脱模剂MK529/11和进口脱模剂B为水性产品,无胶料隔离问题,对轮胎外观无不良影响,且为中性产品,不腐蚀模具;脱模剂MK529/11每班基本喷涂1次,可解决轮胎粘上模问题,肩部胶边可与轮胎一起脱下,胎肩垫伤缺陷率降低了57.44%。
英文摘要:
      The application effects of different mold release agents in tire production were studied in view of the problems of thin rubber edge on the shoulder and bending of steel ring caused by tire sticking up mold during tire vulcanization demoulding.The results showed that the mold release agent MK529/11 and imported mold release agent B were water-based products,they had no compound isolation problem,and had no adverse effect on the tire appearance,and they were neutral products and did not corrode the mold.The mold release agent MK529/11 was basically sprayed once per shift,which could solve the problem of tire sticking up mold,and the shoulder rubber edge could be removed together with the tire,and the shoulder pad damage defect rate was reduced by 57.44%.
