      介绍绿色高里程全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计研发。使用TDSS轮胎设计与仿真系统对轮胎的接地印痕和压力分布、稳态温度场分布和花纹块刚度进行仿真优化。结构设计:外直径 1 082 mm,断面宽 290 mm,行驶面宽度 240 mm,行驶面弧度高 6.5 mm,采用3种节距设计,节距总数 80,花纹节距比 0.91∶1∶1.1,花纹深度 17.5 mm,花纹饱和度 78.1%。施工设计:胎面采用定速、定量、稳定的挤出方式,胎冠胶为配方和工艺优化的高耐磨性能胶料,胎体采用3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线,带束层采用4层带束层结构,1#和4#带束层分别采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT和5×0.35HI钢丝帘线,2#和3#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均符合国家或企业标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design and development of green high mileage truck and bus radial tire was introduced.The tire footprint and pressure distribution,steady-state temperature field distribution and block stiffness were simulated and optimized using the TDSS tire design and simulation system.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 082 mm,cross-sectional width 290 mm,width of running surface 240 mm,arc height of running surface 6.5 mm,using three pitch design,total number of pitches 80,pattern pitch ratio 0.91∶1∶1.1,pattern depth 17.5 mm,block/total ratio 78.1%.In construction design,the following processes were taken:a constant speed,quantitative and stable extrusion method for tread was adopted,the crown compound was a high wear-resistant compound with optimized formula and process,the carcass adopted 3+9+15×0.175+0.15 steel cord,and the belt layer adopted 4 layers,1# and 4# belt used 3×0.20+6×0.35HT and 5×0.35HI steel cord,respectively,2# and 3# belt used 3+8×0.33HT steel cords.The test results of finished tire showed that the tire inflated peripheral dimension,strength,endurance and high-speed performance all met the requirements of national or enterprise standards.
