| 研究粘合补强剂RF-90A在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用性能。结果表明：与未添加粘合补强剂RF-90A的胶料相比，添加粘合补强剂RF-90A的胶料加工安全性较好，硫化速度较快；胶料的物理性能总体略有提高，橡胶-钢丝老化前后的粘合性能明显提高，添加10份粘合补强剂RF-90A胶料的综合性能较好；添加粘合补强剂RF-90A胎体胶制造的成品轮胎耐久性能更优异。 |

| The application performance of adhesive reinforcing agent RF-90A in carcass compound of truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that compared with the compound without adhesive reinforcing agent RF-90A，the compound with adhesive reinforcing agent RF-90A had better processing safety and faster vulcanization speed.The overall physical properties of the compound were slightly improved，the adhesion between rubber and steel was significantly improved before and after aging，and the comprehensive performance of the compound with 10 phr adhesive reinforcing agent RF-90A was better.The finished tire made of carcass compound with adhesive reinforcing agent had better durability.
When using the adhesive reinforcing agent RF-90A in the carcass formula of all-steel truck radial tires, which can improve the tensile performance of the carcass rubber compound, especially the adhesion performance between rubber compound and steel cord was improved by nearly 10%.
The finished tires made from the carcass compound by using 10phr of the adhesive reinforcing agent RF-90A have better indoor durability than the tires made from the normal carcass compound. |
