      通过对树脂反应温度、胶料门尼焦烧时间、物理性能、动态屈挠性能、动态压缩生热性能、动态力学性能、静态和动态及盐水、热蒸汽老化后的粘合力等的测试,对苯乙烯间苯二酚甲醛树脂(A树脂)、普通间苯二酚甲醛树脂(B树脂)、改性酚醛树脂(C树脂)胶料与间苯二酚胶料进行了性能对比。结果表明:相对于A树脂和间苯二酚胶料,B树脂和C树脂胶料老化后的粘合力尤其是动态老化后的粘合力保持率有优势,同时其耐屈挠疲劳性能较好;缺点为动态压缩生热略高。
英文摘要:
      By testing the reaction temperature of resin,Mooney scorch time,physical properties, dynamic flexure properties,dynamic compression heat build-up and dynamic mechanical properties of compound,static and dynamic adhesive force and adhesive force after salt water aging and hot steam aging,the properties of styrene resorcinol formaldehyde resin(A resin),ordinary resorcinol formaldehyde resin(B resin),modified phenolic resin(C resin) compound and resorcinol compounds were compared.The results showed that,compared with A resin and resorcinol compound,adhesive strength of B resin and C resin compound after aging,especially the retention rate of adhesive strength after dynamic aging,had advantages,and their flexural fatigue resistance was better.The disadvantage was that the heat build-up of dynamic compression was slightly higher.
