      轮胎厂的大量生产实践发现,天然橡胶(NR)对钢丝胶的压延粘辊有较大影响。本工作研究发现,生胶的主要指标(如塑性初值P0、塑性保持率RPI和门尼粘度等)和终炼胶的主要物性(如门尼粘度、FL和Fmax等)均不足以表征压延粘辊性能。橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)的测试发现,终炼胶的储能模量(G′)与压延粘辊直接相关,G′偏低是导致胶料压延粘辊的根本原因。而NR的热氧稳定性对G′有较大影响,建议采用PRA在160 ℃下评估生胶的热氧稳定性。
英文摘要:
      Rubber stick was a common and confusing issue during calendaring of steel cord ply,where natural rubber(NR)have a great effect on it.It was found that,the regular properties,including P0,PRI, Mooney viscosity of NR gum and Mooney viscosity,FL,Fmax of filled compound,were not sufficient to characterize the sticky issue.Rubber processing analyzer(RPA) found that,the low storage modulus(G′)of final master batch compound was the root cause of sticky issue.However,the thermal oxidation stability of NR gum would affect G′ of compound greatly.Considering the limitation of PRI test,evaluating thermal oxidation stability of NR gum with RPA at 160 ℃ was suggested.
