      研究改性大豆油(MSO)在全季轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:与环保芳烃油(TDAE)相比,MSO在延缓胶料焦烧的同时可以提高硫化效率;使用MSO的胶料的FL、Fmax和门尼粘度均有所降低,说明MSO对胶料和填料的润滑增塑效果优于TDAE,其胶料的焦烧安全性好;MSO可以改善白炭黑的分散性,降低胶料的Payne效应;使用MSO胶料的成品轮胎低温性能更佳,湿地抓着性能略有下降,滚动阻力相当。
英文摘要:
      The application of modified soybean oil(MSO) in all-season tire tread compound was studied.The results showed that,compared with environmentally friendly aromatic oil(TDAE),MSO could delay the scorching of the compound while increasing the vulcanization efficiency.The FL,Fmax and Mooney viscosity of the compound using MSO were all reduced,indicating that the effect of MSO on lubricating and plasticizing of compound and filler was better than that of TDAE,and the scorch safety of the compound using MSO was good.MSO could improve the dispersibility of silica and reduce the Payne effect of the compound.The low-temperature performance of the finished tire with compound using MSO was better,the wet grip performance slightly decreased,and the rolling resistance was equivalent.
