      研究航空轮胎带束层胶料配方对其与锦纶/芳纶复合帘线和芳纶帘线粘合性能的影响。结果表明,间-甲-白粘合体系可使胶料保持较大定伸应力和拉伸强度的同时提高芳纶帘线与胶料的粘合性能,此外间-甲粘合体系也可使锦纶/芳纶复合帘线与胶料有较好的粘合性能。粘合体系的发展使芳纶帘线在高性能要求的航空轮胎中应用成为可能。
英文摘要:
      The effect of belt compound formulor of aviation radial tire on adhesion of the belt compound to nylon/aramid composite cord and aramid cord was investigated.The results showed that the resorcinol-formaldehyde-silica adhesive system could maintain the higher modulus and tensile strength of compound and improve the adhesion between the aramid fiber and the compound,In addition,the resorcinol-formaldehyde adhesive system could also make the nylon/aramid composite cord and the compound have better adhesion properties.The development of the adhesive system made it possible to apply aramid cords in aviation tires that require high performance.
