The structure of 11R22.5 tubeless truck and bus radial tire was optimized.Under the premise of ensuring the position of 0° belt,the thickness of the bottom compound of tread shoulder and the end difference of belt,by adjusting the width of belt,reducing the thickness of the shoulder pad and adjusting the size of apex,the tire quality could be reduced,the heat dissipation of the shoulder area could be improved,the durability of the tire could be increased and the service life of the tire could be prolonged while ensuring the safety of the tire. |
