      利用有限元模拟分析研究湿式拉拔配模工艺对能耗的影响。结果表明:试验与理论模拟分析结果比较吻合,在钢丝多道次拉拔过程中,随着道次的增加,模拟分析结果显示,拉拔力整体呈下降的趋势;试验结果表明,单位产品能耗随之下降,能源利用效率提高。
英文摘要:
      The influence of wet drawing die matching process on energy consumption was studied by finite element simulation analysis.The results showed that the test results were in good agreement with the theoretical simulation analysis results.In the multi pass drawing process of steel wire,the simulation analysis results showed that the drawing force decreases as the number of passes increases.The test results showed that the energy consumption per unit product decreased and the energy utilization efficiency improved.
