      以全钢子午线轮胎带束层胶的混炼为例,探讨GK255型密炼机上压砣控制系统的改进效果。结果表明:上压砣由气压控制系统改为液压控制系统后,炼胶压力稳定,胶料门尼粘度减小,胶料密度均匀性和炭黑分散等级相当,成品轮胎耐久性能均有所提高;省去胶料三段混炼工序,可缩短混炼时间,提高生产效率,节约生产成本。
英文摘要:
      Taking the belt compound of truck and bus radial tire as an example,the improvement effect of the control system of GK255 type internal mixer ram had been discussed.The results showed that after the air pressure control system of the ram was changed to hydraulic pressure control system,the mixing pressure was stable,the Mooney viscosity of the compound was decreased,the density uniformity and the carbon black dispersion level were equivalent,the durability of the finished tire improved.At the same time,the three-stage mixing process of the compound could be omitted,the mixing time was shortened,the production efficiency was improved,and the production cost was reduced.
