      分析全钢载重子午线轮胎中心径向尺寸偏差的产生原因。结果表明,中心径向尺寸偏差与基部胶厚度有极强的线性相关性。应严格控制胎面挤出、成型、硫化工艺参数及规范胎面、胎坯和成品轮胎存放、运输过程中的操作,避免导致胎面胶分布不均匀问题的产生。
英文摘要:
      The cause of center radial size deviation of truck and bus radial tire was analyzed.The results showed that there was a strong linear correlation between center radial size deviation and base compound thickness.It was necessary to strictly control the process parameters of tread extrusion,building and vulcanization,and standardize the operation of tread,green tire and finished tire storage and transportation,so as to avoid the uneven distribution of tread compound.
