      利用轮胎胎面花纹噪声分析软件和云平台进行低噪声胎面花纹优化设计。在花纹设计过程中综合考虑花纹沟角度、花纹沟深度,采用横向窄沟槽设计,应用节距排列软件优化花纹节距排列,并通过花纹噪声分析软件对花纹进行轨道间错位值优化,结合云设计平台的产品测试数据库分析预测设计的胎面花纹可以达到低噪声水平。
英文摘要:
      The low-noise tread pattern was optimized design by tire tread pattern noise analysis software and cloud platform.In the pattern design process,the pattern groove angle and depth were comprehensively considered,and the horizontal narrow groove design was adopted.The pitch arrangement software was used to optimize the pattern pitch arrangement,and the pattern noise analysis software was used to optimize the misalignment value between tracks of pattern.Combined with the product test database analysis and prediction of the cloud design platform,the design pattern could reach a low noise level.
