| The agricultural radial tire capsule reverse packaging molding machine is composed of the first stage machine, the second stage machine and the tread winding machine (the tread winding machine is mainly composed of cold feed extruder, pressing roller, cold cutting roller, guiding device, winding trolley device, etc.), and the working range of this equipment is: the diameter of forming head is? 850mm -? 1420mm, and the width of forming head is 400-1800mm, The diameter of the bead is 32-54; the working process of the agricultural radial tire forming machine to complete the embryo is to form the cord tube, the bead and the belt speed layer on the first and second stage machines, and finally use the tread winding machine to make the formed tire embryo. The characteristics of agricultural radial tire are thin and large body, and embryo quality defects appear in the production process. Through a lot of practice, the causes of embryo quality defects are analyzed and corresponding solutions are proposed. The main problems of embryo quality of the first and second stage molding machines are the skew of steel wire, the Plitting of cord layer, the blister of cord layer, and the empty pleat of the mouth, It is solved by debugging the equipment program; the main quality problems of winding tire embryo of tread winding machine are light or heavy weight of winding compound, the appearance geometric dimension of winding tread does not meet the requirements, the winding tread is uneven, the winding skin blister, the side blister and the belly blister. Through the control of the above quality defects, the quality of formed embryo was improved, and qualified embryo was provided for vulcanized outer tire. |
