      介绍185/55R15 82V SUMMER新能源轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 582 mm,断面宽 199 mm,行驶面宽度 150 mm,行驶面弧度高 8 mm,胎圈着合直径 379 mm,胎圈着合宽度 165 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.935,采用4条非对称性纵向主沟槽花纹设计,花纹深度 8 mm,花纹周节数 68,花纹饱和度 64.4%。施工设计:胎面采用溶聚丁苯橡胶和含白炭黑配方,带束层采用2层3×0.30HT OC开放型钢丝帘线,冠带层采用1层低收缩的930dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布,胎体采用1层1500dtex/2 DSP聚酯浸胶帘布。采用全自动半钢一次法成型机成型、双模B型热板式硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、高速和耐久性能均达到国家或国际标准要求,噪声、抗湿滑性能和滚动阻力满足欧盟轮胎标签法法规要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 185/55R15 82V SUMMER new energy passenger car radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?582 mm,cross-sectional width?199 mm,width of running surface 150 mm,arc height of running surface 8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 379 mm,bead width at rim seat 165 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.935,using four asymmetric logitudinal main groove pattern design,pattern depth 8 mm,number of pattern pitches 68,block/total ratio 64.4%.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber and silica formula for tread,2 layers 3×0.30HT and OC open steel cord for belt,1 layer of 930 dtex/2 nylon 66 dipped cord with low shrinkage for crown belt,1 layer 1500dtex/2 DSP polyester dipped cord for carcass.Using full automatic semi-steel one-step building machine to bulid tire,and double mold B type hot plate curing press to cure tire.The test results of finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,high speed performance and durability met the requirements of national or international standards,and the noise,wet skid resiseance and rolling resiseance met the requirements of EU tire labeling regulations.
