      在工业化生产条件下通过使用不同流动性的胶料,研究胶料流动性对跑气保用轮胎支撑胶挤出破边的影响。研究结果表明,在相同混炼工艺条件下,加入2份酚醛增粘树脂并减少0.5份抗硫化返原剂,胶料的硫化速度加快、焦烧时间缩短、综合物理性能相当,流动性提高30%左右。在相同挤出工艺条件下,提高胶料流动性可明显改善支撑胶挤出破边现象。
英文摘要:
      Under the condition of industrial production,the influence of compound fluidity on extrusion edge breaking of run-flat tire support compound was studied.The results showed that under the same mixing process,adding 2 phr phenolic resin and reducing 0.5 phr anti-reversion agent,the curing speed of compound was accelerated,the scorch time was shortened,the comprehensive physical properties were equivalent,and the fluidity was increased by about 30%.Under the same extrusion process,increasing the fluidity of compound could improve the extrusion edge breaking phenomenon of support compound significantly.
