      以12R22.5规格全钢载重子午线轮胎为研究对象,进行自由滚动、驱动、制动以及带有横向力的室内转鼓磨耗测试,并利用Abaqus软件建立与测试工况相同的室内磨耗仿真方法。根据轮胎磨耗发生机理,得到各工况下胎面摩擦能分布曲线。结果表明,轮胎室内磨耗仿真结果与磨耗测试结果具有较好的一致性,验证了室内磨耗仿真方法用于预测轮胎初始磨耗是可靠的。
英文摘要:
      Taking 12R22.5 truck and bus radial tire as the research object,the indoor drum wear test with free rolling,driving,braking and transverse force was carried out,and the indoor wear simulation method with the same test condition was established by Abaqus software.According to occurrence mechanism of tire wear, the distribution curves of tread friction energy under different conditions were obtained.The results showed that,the indoor wear simulation results had good consistency with the wear test results,which proved that the indoor wear simulation method was reliable for predicting the initial wear of tire.
