      研究带花纹轮胎仿真模型的建立及其影响因素。采用花纹块周期生成完整花纹的建模方法建立了一种高效、准确的带花纹轮胎仿真方法,并进行了带花纹轮胎的静负荷接地印痕、稳态六分力和动态接地印痕分析。轮胎接地印痕测试结果与仿真结果对比表明,模型的仿真精度较高,满足配套厂家要求。
英文摘要:
      The establish of simulation model of tire with pattern and its influencing factors were studied. An efficient and accurate simulation method for tire with pattern was established adopted the modeling method of pattern block period to generate a complete pattern model,and the static load footprint,steady state force and moment and dynamic footprint analysis were carried out.The comparison of tested and simulated footpring of tire showed that the simulation accuracy of the model was high enough to meet the requirements of manufacturers.
