      开发了芳纶/锦纶混纺帘线冠带条,并研究冠带条对轮胎性能的影响。结果表明:冠带条材料强度增大、带束层角度减小,轮胎外直径减小;随着冠带条缠绕强度和材料强度增大、带束层角度的减小,轮胎静态接地印痕长轴和短轴长度及面积呈增大趋势;冠带条缠绕强度和材料强度增大,轮胎高速性能提高,带束层角度增大,V速度级别轮胎高速性能显著提升;冠带条缠绕强度和材料强度增大,轮胎滚动阻力降低,带束层角度微调对轮胎滚动阻力影响不大。
英文摘要:
      Aramid/nylon blend cord crown strips were developed,and the effect of crown strip on the tire performance was studied.The results showed that,the crown strap material strength increased or the belt angle decreased,the tire overall diameter decreased.The crown strap winding strength or material strength increased or the belt angle decreased,the long axis length,short axis length and area of the tire static footprint were increased.The crown strip winding strength or material strength increased,the high-speed performance of the tire was improved.The belt angle increased,the high-speed performance of the V-speed tire was significantly improved.The crown strip winding strength or material strength increased,the rolling resistance of tire was reduced,the fine adjustment of the belt angle had little effect on the rolling resistance of the tire.
