      介绍235/35ZR19超低断面轿车子午线轮胎的设计。利用有限元分析方法对3种轮廓设计方案进行分析,选出最佳方案。结构设计:外直径 643 mm,断面宽 247 mm,行驶面宽度 215 mm,行驶面弧度高 8.2 mm,胎圈着合直径 486.6 mm,胎圈着合宽度 228 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.955,采用非对称变节距花纹,花纹深度 8 mm,花纹周节数 35(左侧)和32(右侧)。施工设计:胎面胶采用高白炭黑用量配合偶联剂,带束层采用2层2+4×0.22HT钢丝帘线,胎体帘布层采用2层1100 dtex/2DSP聚酯帘布,采用一次法成型机成型,B型液压双模定型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明:轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、压穿强度、脱圈阻力、高速性能、耐久性能和低气压耐久性能均达到相应国家标准和研发要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 235/35ZR19 ultra low profile passenger car radial tire was described.Three kinds of contour design schemes were analyzed by using the finite element analysis method,and the best scheme was selected.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 643 mm,cross-sectional width 247 mm,width of running surface 215 mm,arc height of running surface 8.2 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 486.6 mm,bead width at rim seat 228 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.955,asymmetric variable pitch pattern was taken,pattern depth 8 mm,number of pattern pitches 35(left) and 32(right).In the construction design,high silicon content and silica coupling agent for tread,two layers of 2+4×0.22HT steel cord for belt layer,two layers of 1100 dtex/2DSP polyester cord for the carcass layer,using the single stage building machine to build tire,and B-type hydraulic double mold curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tire that,the inflated peripheral dimension,the press through strength,bead unseating resistance,high-speed performance,endurance and low-pressure endurance met the corresponding national standards and researching requirements.
