      对高层级农业轮胎胎面胶的配方进行优化。试验结果表明:在胎面胶配方中,生胶体系采用天然橡胶/丁苯橡胶1500E并用胶(并用比为30/70),补强体系采用60份炭黑N220,增加7份粘合树脂,并适当调整防老剂、硫黄和促进剂用量,优化后胶料的门尼焦烧时间略有延长,FL和Fmax增大;硫化胶的耐磨性能和耐老化性能提高,成品轮胎的耐臭氧老化、耐龟裂和耐磨性能显著提高。
英文摘要:
      The formula of tread compound for high-grade agricultural tire was optimized.The results showed that in the tread compound,by using natural rubber/butadiene styrene rubber 1500E blend(the blend ratio was 30/70) for the raw rubber system and 60 phr carbon black N220 for the reinforcing system,adding 7 phr adhesive resin,and adjusting the dosage of antioxidant,sulfur and accelerator appropriately,the Mooney scorch time of the optimized compound was slightly prolonged,FL and Fmax was increased.The wear resistance and aging resistance of the vulcanizate improved.The ozone aging resistance,cracking resistance and wear resistance of the finished tire improved significantly.
