研究4+3×0.35ST三相合金镀层[贝泰威 ?(TAWI ?)]钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明:在高温高湿条件下,4+3×0.35ST TAWI ?钢丝帘线在配方优化后的无钴盐胶料中的抽出力保持率和覆胶率均显著大于4+3×0.35ST黄铜镀层钢丝帘线与含钴盐胶料组合;采用4+3×0.35ST TAWI ?钢丝帘线与无钴盐胶料组合的帘布压延和成型工艺性能良好,成品轮胎的强度、耐久性能和高速性能均相当或优于4+3×0.35ST黄铜镀层钢丝帘线与含钴盐胶料组合轮胎。 |

The application of 4+3×0.35ST ternary alloy coated(TAWI ?) steel cord in belt of truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that,under the condition of high temperature and high humidity,the extraction force retention rate and coating rate of 4+3×0.35ST TAWI ? steel cord in the optimized cobalt free compound were significantly higher than that of 4+3×0.35ST brass coated steel cord and cobalt salt compound combination.The combination of 4+3×0.35ST TAWI ? steel cord and cobalt free compound possessed good calendering and building process performance,and the strength,durability and high speed performance of finished tire were equal to or better than the tire using 4+3×0.35ST brass coated steel cord and cobalt salt compound combination. |
