      研究超高强度钢丝帘线的压延工艺。以0.22+6+11×0.205ST钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线用于全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体,通过采取调整压延机辊筒速比、补偿压延机辊筒挠度及调整粘合胶料门尼粘度等措施,有效解决了0.22+6+11×0.205ST超高强度钢丝帘线压延过程中出现的钢丝帘线表面覆胶差、裁断过程中出现的接头缝合质量差及充气定型过程中钢丝与胶料分离等质量问题,提升了轮胎生产过程的稳定性和工艺性能。
英文摘要:
      The calendering process of super-high tenacity steel cord was studied.For replacing 3+9+15×0.175+0.15 steel cord with 0.22+6+11×0.205ST steel cord in carcass of truck and bus radial tire,by adjusting the roller speed ratio of calender,compensating the roller deflection of calender,adjusting Mooney viscosity of the adhesive compound and so on,the quality problems such as poor rubber coating on steel cord surface in calendering process,poor joint stitching quality in cutting process and separation of steel cord and compound in inflation setting process of 0.22+6+11×0.205ST super-high tenacity steel cord were effectively solved,which improved the stability and process property in tire production process.
