      研究电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定钢丝帘线三相合金镀层的钴含量。确定仪器分析参数为:分析谱线波长 238.892 nm,高频发生器发射功率 1.2 kW,等离子气体流量 15.0 L·min-1。试验结果表明,钴含量测定标准曲线的线性相关因数为0.999 975,检出限为0.001 86 μg·mL-1,相对标准偏差小于1%,回收率为100.59%~101.66%。该方法结果准确,重复性好。
英文摘要:
      The determination of cobalt content in steel cord with three-phase alloy coating by inductively coupled plasma optic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES) was studied.The analysis parameters of the instrument was as follows:analysis spectrum line wavelength 238.892 nm,high frequency generator emission power 1.2 kW,plasma gas flow rate 15.0 L·min-1.The test results showed that the linear correlation factor of the standard curve for determination of cobalt content was 0.999 975,the detection limit was 0.001 86 μg·mL-1,the relative standard deviation was less than 1%,and the recovery rate was 100.59%~101.66%.This method was accurate and repeatable.
