研究天然橡胶-钢丝帘线粘合体系性能的评价方法。结果表明:添加粘合体系的胶料总体焦烧时间缩短,Fmax和定伸应力提高,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率降低,耐屈挠性能与定伸应力总体成反比;增强老化条件可以有效评价粘合体系性能;胶料焦烧时间、定伸应力、屈挠和生热等性能可以辅助表征粘合性能。粘合体系性能表征应结合大量测试数据综合评价。 |
