介绍轮胎花纹节距噪声计算方法,探讨节距噪声评判标准,并对不同规格和不同节距设计方案轮胎进行噪声性能趋势预判。结果表明,以节距噪声频谱一次谐波的能量集中因数和峰值作为节距噪声性能趋势的判据是合理的。在轮胎行驶面宽度和结构设计一致、花纹样式类似的前提下,可采用节距噪声仿真结果对轮胎噪声性能趋势进行预判。 |

The calculation method of tire pattern pitch noise was introduced,the evaluation standard of pitch noise was discussed,and the trend of noise for different specifications and different pitch design schemes of tires was predicted.The results showed that it was reasonable to use the first harmonic energy concentration factor and peak value of pitch noise spectrum as the criterion to judge the trend of pitch noise. On the premise that the width of driving surface and the structure design of the tire were the same and the pattern was similar,the pitch noise simulation results could be used to predict the tire noise trend. |
