      介绍高负荷工业车辆专用12.00R20全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径　1 130 mm，断面宽　315 mm，行驶面宽度　290 mm，行驶面弧度高　9.6 mm，胎圈着合直径　511 mm，胎圈着合宽度　240 mm，断面水平轴位置（H 1 H 2 ）　0.926，采用纵向花纹设计，花纹深度　35 mm，花纹饱和度　76.15%，花纹周节数　48。施工设计：采用双胎面复合设计，1#，2和3#带束层采用3＋9＋15×0.22＋0.15钢丝帘线，4#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线，冠带层采用1400dtex/2V2锦纶66帘线，胎体采用3＋9＋15×0.225HT钢丝帘线，采用侧包冠成型工艺、液氮热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均达到设计和相关标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 12.00R20 truck and bus radial tire specially for high load industrial vehicle was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter?1 130 mm，cross-sectional width?315 mm，width of running surface　290 mm，height of running surface　9.6 mm，bead diameter at rim seat?511 mm，bead width at rim seat?240 mm，maximum width position of cross–section（H 1 H 2 ）?0.926，the tread was designed with longitudinal pattern，pattern depth?35 mm，block/total ratio?76.15%，and number of pattern pitches?48.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：using double tread compounds design，3＋9＋15×0.22W＋0.15 steel cord for 1#，2# and 3# belt，5×0.30HI steel cord for 4# belt，1400dtex/2V2 nylon 66 cord for crown belt，3＋9＋15×0.225HT steel cord for carcass，and side crowning molding process to build tires，liquid nitrogen hot plate vulcanizing press to cure tires.The test results of finished tire showed that，the inflated peripheral dimention，strength，and durability of finished tire met the requirements of design and corresponding standards.
