      介绍275/80R22.5 16PR中短途全轮位全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 012.03 mm,断面宽 284 mm,行驶面宽度 210 mm,行驶面弧度高 10.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 570.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 234 mm,断面水平轴位置(HH1/H2) 1.13。胎面花纹采用3条纵向花纹沟,等节距设计,花纹深度 19.7 mm,花纹饱和度 78.2%,花纹周节数 67。施工设计:胎面采用热喂料、冷喂料双复合挤出,胎体采用3+9×0.22HT钢丝帘线,采用4层带束层结构,1#—3#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线;采用三鼓一次法成型机成型,B型双模热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 275/80R22.5 16PR middle and short distance full-wheel position truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 012.03 mm,cross-sectional width 284 mm,width of running surface 210 mm,arc height of running surface 10.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 570.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 234 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(HH1/H2) 1.13,using three longitudinal grooves for tread pattern,equal pattern pitch,pattern depth 19.7 mm,block/total ratio 78.2%,number of pattern pitches 67.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:cold feeding and hot feeding coextruded tread,3+9×0.22HT steel cord for carcass,3+8×0.33HT steel cord for 1#—3# belt ply,5×0.35HI steel cord for 4# belt ply,and using the three-drum single-stage building machine to build tires and the B-type double-mould hot plate vulcanizing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimention,strength performance and endurance met the requirements of relative design and national standards.
