| 介绍29×12.5－15 8PR R1 农业轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 710 mm，断面宽 307 mm，行驶面宽度 287 mm，行驶面弧度高 10 mm，胎圈着合直径 377 mm，胎圈着合宽度 254 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.86。花纹深度 18 mm，花块饱和度 24.6%，花纹周节数 18。施工设计：胎面采用一方一块结构，胎体采用4层高强度1670dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布，钢丝圈采用Φ1.0 mm的回火钢丝，轮胎采用半芯轮式成型机头成型、胶囊硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均满足设计和相关标准要求。 |

| The design on 29×12.5－15 8PR R1 Agriculture tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 710 mm，cross-sectional width 307 mm，width of running surface 287 mm，arc height of running surface 10 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 377 mm，bead width at rim seat 254 mm，maximum width position of cross-section（H1/H2） 0.86，pattern depth 18 mm，block/total ratio 24.6%，and number of tread pitches 18.In construction design，the following processes were taken：one formula and one piece tread，4 layers of high strength 1670dtex/2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply，Φ1.0 mm tempered steel for bead wire，and using semi-core building machine to build tire and bladder press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties reached the requirements of the design and corresponding standard. |
